Almond- Milk

We now breakfast on Thursday morning, so you have a whole day of re-intoducing DELICIOUS FOODS. GOOD for every cell in your body!

Our Kitchen Diva will show you how to make Almond Milk, Kale crisps, vegetable pasta and more!

And there's a hands-on opportunity to create these stunning simple raw foods, or just join in the eating of them later! ; )

Here is our lovely Donna showing us how to make almond milk.

Prep. ahead:

1. Handful/ 1 cup  of almonds soaked for 4 hrs. min.

2. Put them in the high speed blender.

3. Add filtered water - 2 cups.

4. Whizz it up.

5. Pour into mylk bag/mesh cloth/clean thin t-shirt (!) and 'mylk' the bag like you would a cow!!!

6. Add agave sweetner to taste (or xylitol, stevia, honey)

7. Variations are YUMMY add one or more - cardomon or cinnamon, vanilla or raw chocolate... and blend.

Will keep for 2-3 days in the fridge. Simply shake before serving.

YUMMM! This milk alternative is alkalising and warming and good for your skin.
